    Affiliate terms

    These terms apply to everyone in the Paragon affiliate programme, run by Paragon Studio (paragonstudio.io). By joining you agree to them. Questions: support@paragonstudio.io.

    1. Commission

    • 20% from your first sale, 25% after 100 lifetime sales, 30% after 500 lifetime sales.
    • Milestones count your lifetime sales and are kept for good. The new rate applies to sales after the milestone.
    • Commission is paid on what the buyer paid for the Paragon theme, before tax.
    • AI page credits and other add-ons don't earn commission.

    2. Tracking

    • A sale is yours when the buyer clicked your affiliate link in the 30 days before buying. If they clicked more than one affiliate's link, the last click counts.
    • Sales need to be recorded by our affiliate tracking. We can't pay for sales it did not record.

    3. Payouts

    • How and when you are paid is agreed with you when you join.
    • Refunded or charged-back sales don't earn commission. If one was already paid, it is taken off your next payout.
    • You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.

    4. Disclosure

    Tell your audience clearly that you earn from your link, every time you share it: for example #ad, "affiliate link" or the platform's paid partnership label, placed where people see it before they click. This is required by the US FTC and by consumer law in the EU and UK.

    5. Not allowed

    • Coupon, deal or cashback sites.
    • Paid ads that bid on "Paragon", "Paragon Studio" or "paragonstudio.io", or use them in ad text or domain names.
    • Buying through your own link, or for your own stores (self-referrals).
    • Spam: unsolicited emails, DMs or comments in bulk.
    • Misleading claims: no promised results, income or sales numbers, no fake reviews, and no prices or offers we don't have.
    • Presenting yourself as Paragon Studio or as our official support.

    6. Ending and fraud

    We may remove an affiliate who breaks these terms, and withhold or reverse commission on sales that are fraudulent, self-referred or that came from activity these terms do not allow. You can leave the programme at any time; commission already earned under these terms is still paid.

    7. Changes

    We may change these terms or the commission rates. We tell affiliates by email before a change takes effect; sales made before the change keep the old terms.
