Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

Paragon is a digital product. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

A few minutes after your payment is confirmed you receive an email with:

• the link to download the theme (.zip file),
• your licence key (one per licence bought).

AI pages you buy are added to your licence, and an email tells you when they are ready to build.

Lost the email? Open the download page and enter your licence key.

If you have not received anything within 1 hour, check your spam folder, then email support@paragonstudio.io with your order number and we will send it again.
