Digital products: no refunds after download

Paragon is a digital product (a Shopify theme file and a licence key). It is delivered right after payment and cannot be returned.

Before you buy, you agree that delivery starts straight away and that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available to you. This is allowed under EU consumer law for digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

AI pages: AI pages are non-refundable once bought, whether you have generated them or not. The cases below apply to the Paragon theme only.

When we do refund

• The theme does not work as described. If a feature shown on our website does not work and our support cannot fix it within 14 days of your report, we refund you in full and the licence key is switched off.
• You never received your download. We send it again. If we still cannot deliver it, we refund you.

How to ask

Email support@paragonstudio.io with your order number and what went wrong. We answer within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

A refunded order's licence key stops working and the theme must be removed from your store.
